can't connect!

Hi guys,

I'm having trouble getting the tool to connect to our CRM deployment. I've copied the Discovery URL and unique org name straight from the developer resources in CRM and definitely have the right credentials, but i'm getting the error:

"Connection failed: There is an error in XML document (5, 5)."

Any ideas on this one?

Hi, do you get a proper response if you browse to your discovery.svc url using Internet Explorer?

I ran into a similar issue. In my case the LiveDevice.xml file in my ..\User\LiveDeviceID folder was corrupt. After deleting the file I was able to access our CRMOL instance.

I dleted LiveDevice.xml and I was able to connect. Cheers Scott :)

This is an Office 365 instance or an old CRM Online instance?
